Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-06-05T09:09Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-06-05T09:09:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Note Keyword:
FOV: Front Bright front; may be evidence of pileup
Ha: Bright emission (likely H-alpha emission)
HAL: Halo CME
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
PRM: Prominence material (filamentary structures)
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
EUVW: EUV Wave
Morphology Keyword:
FS: Flux Rope and Shock Candidate
Note: Far-sided halo CME to the SE in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and GOES CCOR-1, and wide front observed to the W in STEREO A COR2. The source is far-sided from Earth and likely STEREO A (W59.9) as well, should be well observed by Solar Orbiter (E156.3) when its data is available. The source is more directly observed in STEREO A EUVI 195/304 on or beyond STEREO's limb (~W149.9) as a filament eruption and field line movement starting around 2026-06-05T08:15Z. It is also observed in GOES SUVI 195/284, and less prominent in SDO AIA 171/193/211 with its closer field-of-view, as wide opening field lines and EUV wave over the SE limb starting around 2026-06-05T09:00Z. Latest Solar Orbiter EUI 304 imagery at 2026-06-0500:01Z shows numerous filaments resting around the W180-E150 and N15-S30 range surrounding former Active Regions 14439 and 14442, for potential candidates. Likely associated with an estimated M3 [M2,M6] flare observed by Solar Orbiter STIX peaking at 2026-06-05T08:58Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
